Here at Painting Green we believe that everybody deserves a fresh, clean home.
We are an eco-friendly, paint distribution service currently based in Liverpool. Our main objective is to reduce the levels of paint ending up on landfill and subsequently polluting our planet. A way in which we do this is by providing housing associations with high quality, remanufactured decorating packs for their tenants.
Our paint is Re-Colour emulsion which is remanufactured from left-over paint that has been dropped off at recycling centres. As paint is made to last, any left-over paint that is thrown away and not recycled will eventually end up on landfill, and subsequently pollute our air for years to come. Through our remanufactured paint, we are considerably reducing the levels of paint waste in the UK and thus doing our part to keep our air clean and fresh.
We are a proud member of the Community Re-Paint network, a national paint reuse network that is sponsored by Dulux. Each year we redistribute around 40,000 litres of landfill bound paint. Alongside donated paint we sell new paint from many well-known manufacturers. For personal or trade use, our paint is excellent quality, and sold at competitive prices.
On top of everything else are pleased to announce we are at negative co2 emissions as a company,
In addition, we are working towards sourcing sustainable products for our paint packs, including paint brushes, rollers and trays and dust sheets. We are also entering into zero emission vehicles as we introduce our EV cargo bikes which will be used for local, last mile paint deliveries followed by an investment of an electric van in the near future.
